The Good - Avignon Tower is synonymous with exclusivity. The condominium’s low dense design of two units per floor ensures the full privacy of its residents. The two-door elevator is uniquely designed to access only your unit. The condo unit’s size ranges from 300 to 600 square meters. Security is top-notch and includes everything from a gated entrance to access cards for the elevator. Its prime location in the Makati Central Business District and nearby main road, Gil Puyat Avenue, is another advantage.

The Bad - Amenities are not available in Avignon Tower. Although the parking area has a slot for each unit, the design is crowded and the area is dimly lit.

Property Management
Under the management of Ayala Property Management, Avignon Tower assures convenient living to its occupants. The two high-speed, two-door passenger elevators are designed to allow access to only your unit. Notices and announcements are posted in the elevator. Each unit has a parking slot or two allotted. The management makes general check-ups and renovations on its parking spaces. Any service provider is allowed for the landline, cable, and internet. Either gas or electric type can be used in the cooking system and window or split-type for the air-conditioning unit. Generator back-up is hundred percent from the common areas to the units. Also, the condominium is pet-friendly as long as you make sure pets do not roam around in the common areas.
A gated entrance will greet you first here at Avignon Tower. The security guard is strict in allowing entrance to the building; you cannot come in unless you have a contact person and this fact must be verified by the guard. The guards secure the building around the clock. Registration and ID card are required. Access card is used in the elevator to reach your desired unit. Security cameras are installed in different common areas. Standard fire safety equipment including fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and water sprinkler are allocated in each unit, as well as fire exit
The lobby has a spacious layout and a polished finish. The earth-tone furniture set, which is enough for five people, and yellow lightings provide a warm glow. The decors are kept to a minimum with few wall paintings. An interesting wide black pillar designed with lotus-like art symmetry serves as a centerpiece for the area. The reception area, elevators, and administration office are visibly located. It is disappointing that this high-end condominium lacks amenities. Only the penthouse owner in Avignon Tower has the privilege to use the swimming pool.
Unit Quality
In terms of unit size, Avignon Tower has spacious unit cuts. Each unit is generously designed from 300 to 600 square meters and can come in two bedroom, three bedroom, and four bedroom unit types. You’ll have the privilege and liberty to personalize your unit with ease. Each room in the unit comes with a bathroom. The master’s bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a provision for a maid’s quarter. A utility room is also part of the layout. The unit’s condition is adequate enough to move in - there are usable built-in fixtures, the finish is well-maintained, and the windows and lighting provisions are ample for ventilation and lighting. The layout and partition are well-designed for each area. However, regular maintenance is advised because this is a 23-year old condominium.
Located in H.V Dela Costa in Salcedo Village, Avignon Tower is a walk away from the main road, Gil Puyat Avenue. Transportation via private or public vehicle is accessible and LRT 1 and MRT are a drive away. Situated in the Makati Central Business District, it is proximal to premier leisure establishments including Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Ayala Triangle Park. On the other hand, H.V. Dela Costa is a busy thoroughfare especially during rush hour. Flooding in the area is an issue during rainy season.
