The Good - Easily accessible from thoroughfares like C5 and Kalayaan road, Blue Sapphire Residences gives you just what you need when it comes to getting around in the Metro. On another note, building security is top of the line. Key cards are used by residents and management to access the different floors as an added security measure against unwanted guests. Aside from these perks, being in Burgos Circle gives the condominium the advantage of being surrounded by business centers, commercial establishments, and restaurants.


The Bad - Views are blocked by surrounding buildings. Even though most units have balconies, residents will not be able to see much apart from the streets and the other towers. Also, being near the Kalayaan and C5 roads cause some traffic around the area during rush hours.


Property Management
When it comes to proper maintenance, the Blue Sapphire Residences management is pretty spot on. Aside from the clean and shiny lobby, elevators, and hallways, available units are also kept in prime condition for future buyers or tenants. Toy pets are allowed in the building as long as they are not causing noise or disturbances.
Security
One of the condominium’s best features is its security. Intercomm systems, which are connected to the lobby, are set up in all the units so that residents are informed of their guests and deliveries. This helps make security protocols easier and more efficient. Tenants and unit owners are assured that no one can easily infiltrate the building and their units because elevator key cards prevent unwanted guests from reaching the different floor levels in the condominium. Hallways are wide and good for easy evacuation.
Amenities
The building’s amenities include an adult pool, a children’s pool, and a gym. Although they aren’t all located on the same floor, the amenities are clean, and well-maintained. Like the elevators, key cards are needed to be able to access the amenity areas. Evacuations would be easier to do because of the wide hallways. When it comes to the elevators, residents can also expect a lot of space and quantity wise, the number of elevators are enough in relation to the number of floors and the number of units on each floor. The lobby is comfortable, beautifully lit, and has ample seating.
Unit Quality
The units are built well. From their solid and noise proof walls to their sturdy cabinet fixtures, residents are assured that they are getting a good deal. Also, the furnitures that come with the leased units are of good quality and design. These furnitures and fixtures can easily be replaced by the unit owner if tenants are not happy with what they get. Residents can enjoy some fresh air because of the balconies available in most of the units. Aside from being spacious, the rooms inside the units are also well organized. On each floor, noise is reduced because of the small number of units and the solid walls separating each of them.
Location
Located near major thoroughfares like C5 and Kalayaan road, Blue Sapphire Residences becomes more accessible. Its nearness to Burgos Circle will allow tenants and unit owners to enjoy parks, restaurants, retail, commercial, and business centers. Being near St. Luke’s Hospital is also a major advantage especially during emergency situations.
