The Good - This Cityland Development is a complex comprised of four condominiums: Windsor Mansion, Oxford Mansion, Pasig Royale, and Brentwood Mansion. With these choices, there are more options for the home buyers to choose from. The location in a gated community gives more security to its residents, in addition to the security guards stationed at each building. To the delight of pet lovers, small pets are allowed in the area.

The Bad - The compound set-up makes it congested because of the four developments sharing spaces and amenities. When considering the amount of residents, the amenities like the pool and children’s playground are actually relatively small. The unit layout is confined and dim. Guest parking is not available. During rainy season, you will pass by the flood prone areas in Pasig to get through the business districts in the metro.

The Verdict - In the end, Cityland doesn’t stand out much. It’s not that bad but there’s nothing much notable except for the security. It is a gated complex with guards in each building. The layout in the four condominiums doesn’t have much variety, though they are generally well-kept. There are built-in fixtures as unit inclusions. The parking is an open type. An elevator is in service for each of the buildings. The shared amenities are at the farthest side of the complex. Also, tricycles are the most accessible public transportation from here. This development can be considered by small families or professionals working within Eastwood area.
