The Good -

This is a low-dense, three-story condo-apartelle that is comprised of 24 units situated in a residential area corner Scout Rallos in Diliman. Furthermore, there are also six apartelle units for short to medium term rent. Security is tight with guards posted outside each lot corner and electrified fence on its perimeter.

The Bad -

Bright Family Condominium’s limited space makes it unable to have ample parking space for its occupants and guests and to have amenities as well. Hallways are narrow too, adding up to the density are hanged laundries of some residents located on the passages. Units are cramped as well - a two bedroom unit measures only 30 square meters.

The Verdict -

You would take a look at Bright Family Condominium because of its location. It is situated along a peaceful neighborhood yet is easily accessible to major transportation routes and to the city’s central business and entertainment districts. Timog Avenue, Tomas Morato, and Quezon Avenue are within its vicinity. Its overall condition is well-kept however it fell short to include some of the supplementary conveniences such as spacious units, parking space, and amenities. And most of the units here are only for short to long term rentals making this more suitable for professionals working in the area.
