The Good - The Bonaventure Garden Homes is a private community tucked away in Osmeña Street, Makati City. Its location gives its residents an advantage as it is near government offices such as the Land Transportation Office, the Makati City Hall, and Makati Regional Trial Court. On the other hand, residents can easily drive off to Mandaluyong via J. P. Rizal Avenue, or the Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge. Despite its location near Pasig River, the location isn’t flood-prone.

The Bad - Despite its recent turnover, the upkeep of the buildings are poor. All four buildings share one amenity — a gated swimming pool and a mini gazebo.

Property Management
The property management of the building has set restrictive policies. The service providers for landline and cable TV are already pre-selected by the management. Meanwhile, they generally allow pets to reside in the condominium. Moreover, they aren’t strict with the use of electricity and gas for cooking.
The building security is fairly strict. Bonaventure Garden Home is a gated community, so the visitors are screened by the security personnel prior entry. CCTV security cameras are strategically placed within the area.
Basically, there’s no reception area except for the security’s desk at the ground floor. The ground floor serves as the parking lot, and a foyer can be found as an entrance to each building. Every building has only one elevator. Bonaventure Garden Homes has an average-sized swimming pool and a mini gazebo. To prevent accidents, the management restricts access to these amenities.
For those who are looking for a private community, away from the bustling districts of Makati, then Bonaventure Garden Homes is the ideal place for you and your family. Nearby are different government offices such as the Land Transportation Office, the Makati City Hall, and Makati Regional Trial Court. For those who are working at Mandaluyong City, the condominium is fairly accessible to routes via Makati-Mandaluyong Bridge, J.P. Rizal Avenue, and even EDSA. Moreover, the area is flood-free during inclement weather disturbances. Commuting to and fro may take some time as Osmeña Street is a few blocks away from public transportation routes.
