The Good - BSA Suites offers affordable fully furnished rooms right in the heart of Makati’s Central Business District. There are about 10 rooms per floor with solid walls to prevent or minimize noise between the rooms. The lobby, hallways, and elevators are wide and well lit. The building’s amenities include a swimming pool and a fitness center. The building is located in Legaspi Village in Makati making the building within walking distance of commercial centers in the surrounding area.

The Bad - The studio type rooms may be a little bit cramped for some especially if two people are going to stay at the unit. Only window-type air-conditioners can be installed. Also, there are no balconies in the rooms. No pets are allowed in the area.

Property Management
BSA Suites is a residential hotel that offers affordable prices. From outside, the building looks well-maintained. The reception desk is not available for 24 hours. In the rooms, no pets are allowed and only window-type air-conditioning units can be installed. BSA Suites offer are studio executive type, 1BR executive type, 1BR premier type, and 2BR premier type. Heater units are available in the unit bathrooms. Repairs and renovations can be made in the units with consent from the unit owner or administration.
The building’s security is complete with security personnel and surveillance cameras that monitor any suspicious activity in the entrance, lobby, and all the other common areas in the building like the hallways, elevators, and amenities. Fire safety measures like sprinklers, hoses, extinguishers are well maintained and easy to access.
The amenities in the tower include a pool and a gym, both of which are clean and well maintained. They can both be found at the roof deck so amazing views of the city can also be seen. The lobby is spacious, provides seating arrangements and has good low key lighting. The same goes for the hallways and elevators as well.
Unit Quality
The building is quite old, but its maintenance is good. The design of the building is classic and old-fashioned. The fully furnished rooms though can be renovated and redesigned by the unit owners or tenants with permission from the management. Because of the wide windows, the rooms have good natural lighting. But the space in the rooms is a little bit narrow and the only available rooms in the building are studio type, 1BR, and 2BR units.
Within the vicinity of the building, various business, shopping, and entertainment centers can be found. An example of this is the Greenbelt shopping center. All are a just a few steps away and the tenant does not need to worry about walking because sidewalks, pedestrian lanes, and traffic signals are available everywhere. Parks can also be accessed in the village making activities like jogging, playing, and picnics possible for families.

My bf's mother just bought a place here and so I frequent this place once in a while to check upkeep on the studio she bought. Some of the things that i really like in particular about the condo is it's location. It's a short walk to Greenbelt for an affordable price. The building isn't the newest on the block but the unit was pretty well maintained. Despite it being a studio, the unit feels very spacious since the ceiling is pretty high. It really opens up the room. It can fit everything you need if you're a couple. It's currently up for rent right now, and so far tenants from out-of-town really enjoy it's location and accessibility.

The condo unit had a nice homey feel to it with hardwood floors. It’s very close to Greenbelt Malls and the Ayala Museum. Also close to Washington Sycip Park, a clean and green little park with Koi Pond, benches, shade trees, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was well furnished with a small dining table and 4 chairs, sofa and coffee table, and a little desk and chair, but the kitchenette had only a bare minimum kitchenware. The TV was old but decent with cable. Only negatives were; the vertical blinds were starting to fall apart and didn’t operate properly. The shower was warm enough, but I wouldn’t call it hot, and the air-con was too close to the bed, but I just put a towel over a chair to deflect the cold air. We cancelled the miserable free breakfast after the first day and ate at the wonderful Pancake House nearby. We stayed in unit 1003, I understand each unit is different, so that may explain some of the less enthusiastic reviews but… Bottom Line is; not five star, but I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Simple clean rooms, centrally located less than 10 mins walk from Greenbelt and Ayala Center. Breakfast is simple and ala-carte (delivered to your room).
