The Good - BSA Tower has spacious units. If you ever invite someone to come over, it won’t feel cramped. The location of the hotel is also one of its best features. At the heart of the Makati business district, the building is near various commercial, retail, and business areas. Even though the building is quite old, it is well-maintained.

The Bad - Pets are not allowed in the condominiums. Renovations or repairs may have to be made in the units because the building is quite old.

Property Management
The property is managed by VanderBuild. Two guards attend to the main entrance, while a concierge can be found in the lobby. The administrative office is also just right beside the concierge. Pets are not allowed in the building and only window type air-conditioners can be installed in the units. The maintenance of the old building is good because repairs and renovations are always done.
The main entrance has one guard while the parking area entrance also has one. The hallways and elevators all have CCTV security cameras installed. Throughout the building, fire sprinklers, extinguishers, and fire exit signs are in place.
The amenities of BSA Tower include a swimming pool, a function room, and a gym at the rooftop area overlooking the Makati skyline. The amenities are only limited because of the small space. The main lobby wall is almost completely made up of mirrors to give the narrow space a wider feel.
Unit Quality
The units are good. They are all wide and spacious. The walls are all solid so the hallways are quiet and noise won’t be easily heard between the units. The rooms have balconies with a good view of the street and the other buildings in the area.
The building’s location and surrounding areas are spot on. It is within easy walking distance of malls, banks, restaurants, and other commercial areas and business centers. Transportation methods are in the forms of walking, riding a cab, a van, or a jeep.

The shower needs heaps of improvement. The TV is too old and small. The room I had was large and neat enough. The facilities are a bit old and outdated, but the location is perfect.

We stayed here Easter 2014 when the water company announced that water will be cut off from a lot of areas in Manila. We needed somewhere to spend three days in as that was what the water company indicated as the length of time of the service cut. We easily reserved our accommodation via phone. It has all the basic amenities like cooking implements, kettles, toasters, cutlery and plates. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short as the water service had resumed on the second day. We asked for a refund and, fair enough even though it is our own fault, the management still allowed us to get our money back. Good location although it would have been nice to stay here not during the Lenten season as all of the shops are closed. I would like to give special mention to the shopkeeper of the 7-Eleven next door for great customer service.
