The Good - Cedar Crest’s amenities are some of its best attributes. Some of these include pools, gazebos, a playground, a basketball court, and a clubhouse. The residents can enjoy outdoor activities right outside their homes.


The Bad - The residences are quite far from commercial areas and there isn’t much to choose from when it comes to banks, restaurants, malls, and other commercial areas.


Property Management
When it comes to management and policies, Cedar Crest is not that strict. There are rules and regulations but if, for example, a tenant wants to change something or add something into their condominium unit, he or she may ask permission from the property management. Guests may also be invited as long as they follow the regulations of the premises and the facilities they use. A concierge is available in every tower to receive tenants and/or guests.
Security
Security guards can be found in all the towers and the main gate of the residence. Tenants have a choice when it comes to putting up protective iron grills or screens on their windows and doors. They also have security CCTV cameras installed in the hallways and elevators.
Amenities
The residence’s amenities is one of its best features. They are all well-maintained and are frequently used by the tenants. The basketball court, playground, and pools are clean and they encourage the children living in the condominiums to go out and play. The lobbies are fresh and welcoming.
Unit Quality
We viewed a sample room in the building that will be refurbished once a tenant comes in to buy the unit. The walls are hollow so that might cause some noise and raise privacy issues. The cabinets are all sturdy. The counter top and sink are both neat and there is space for both a stove and a refrigerator. The units are cable, telephone, and internet connection ready. All the tenant has to do is inform the management which service provider he or she will use. Tenants can also choose whether they want a window-type or split-type air-conditioner installed. The balcony in the units are spacious and they offer a view of the pools and the playground. The hallways are a little dim and the elevators are quite small and stifling. The parking lot is in the basement.
Location
In the surrounding area of the residence, there are other condominium compounds. There is a Savemore Market nearby and a convenience store in the residence but apart from those, the area is quite far from commercial/retail/entertainment places like banks, restaurants, malls, and bars.

Cedar Crest are all mid rise modern Asian inspired Condominium in Taguig, Consist of 7 Buildings, friendly neighborhood and highly trained security guards and the kids are have a big and safe playground. if you have a party you can do it in the function room at the clubhouse.

On PMO-Property Management: This is not true-“ A concierge is available in every tower to receive tenants and/or guests.” Since these are just mid-rise buildings, there are no concierges on each building. On Location- This is located on a sub-urban near BGC. You need a private vehicle to get around Acacia Estates .Otherwise, you can ride the shuttle for Php 10per way. Currently, this is ready for occupancy property on the area nearest Acacia Estates Town Center (where Savemore is located). One of the best things about living in Acacia Estates is you have approximately 5km of space for biking and running . Amenities- Guest parking is scarce. You may need to ask guests to park at Acacia Estates Town Center.
