The Good - City and Land Mega Plaza is a vertical village with residential and commercial slots in the building. Ranging from laundromats to convenience stores and restaurants, the residents will enjoy the accessibility of anything and everything from their own unit. Establishments such as Robinson’s Galleria and Saint Pedro Poveda College are nearby. City and Land Mega Plaza is generally flood-free. Each unit has full room dividers. An unfurnished unit has several fixtures installed; a kitchen countertop, some overhead cupboards, and a narrow cabinet.

The Bad - Its location may be a prime spot for residents due to its accessibility to different establishments, but noise is one of the predominant complaints among the residents as the tower is located at the ADB Avenue, a major thoroughfare in Ortigas. On the other hand, there were reports of discourteous security personnel in City and Land Mega Plaza.

The Verdict - Virtually nearby all major establishments in the area, City and Land Mega Plaza is an ideal residence for families and young professionals working within Ortigas. If you are looking for a condominium that’s enough to house a small sized family or couples, City and Land Mega Plaza is a good choice.

City & Land mega plaza, is one of the best cityland condo development, located in the heart of Ortigas Business Center, just across robinson galleria mall, and holiday inn hotel. 10 minutes walk to SM Megamall, Podium and 20 minutes walk to Shangrila Plaza Mall. 8 minutes walk to Ortigas MRT Station. walking distance to Medical City, Meralco, Metrowalk, lots of 24 hours convenience shops,and fast food within the area of ortigas center, very safe to walk at night.
