this is the biggest piece of junk i have ever bought, this is the "perfect storm" when a lousy developer meets and builds with a lousy contractor using very poor quality materials. my roof has leaked for over a year!! it is just junk and for maintenance.........what maintenance? it is 2 years old and looks like 20. sales staff are inept and liars!!! i put money down on a unit but decided to get a bigger unit during the construction and was told by sales staff that the money would transfer but when it was time for that, the management said it does not transfer, i see theft charges in the horizon
