The Good - Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower is an ideal yet affordable condominium for families and professionals near the central business district of Makati. As a combination of residential and commercial use, everything the residents need is within reach.

The Bad - Pasong Tamo Tower is facing Chino Roces Avenue, a major thoroughfare in Makati City. As a result, traffic congestion is expected within the area.

Property Management
The Pasong Tamo Tower has lenient policies set for its residents. Residents can freely choose any service providers for cable TV, landline and internet. On the other hand, cooking with the use of gas or electricity is solely upon the preference of the resident. They also allow pets inside the condominium premises.
To avoid unwanted visitors in the residential area, the lobby of the commercial area is separate from the residential access elevators. There are roaming security personnel in the common areas to ensure safety and security. There are numerous CCTV surveillance cameras installed around the common areas for added security.
Cityland Pasong Tamo has an adult and kiddie swimming pool with a 270-degree view of Makati’s skyline, a well-equipped gym, a children’s play area, and a function room, all found at the rooftop of the condominium.
Unit Quality

Thus, families with breadwinners working in Makati, or children currently studying will find Cityland Pasong Tamo a convenient locale Major thoroughfares nearby are Osmena Highway, South Luzon Expressway, Chino Roces Avenue, and A. Arnaiz Avenue. However, Chino Roces Avenue is known for its traffic congestion during peak hours due to different vehicles plying through the avenue.

I stayed for almost a year in this beautiful, clean and well furnished condo. The condo is walking distance to malls, shops and transportation is easy and available.
