The Good -

The condominium is located at the flood-free and fault-line-free zone of Pioneer, Mandaluyong. Business hubs, corporate, retail, entertainment, shopping, commercial, and educational centers surround the building so residents do not need to worry about access to some of their needs or wants like food and groceries.

The Bad -

Built in 1995, Cityland Pioneer is beginning to show signs of wear. The façade painting is not maintained very properly. The interior and unit cleaning could be further improved. Being right beside shopping centers and schools also becomes a disadvantage because of the traffic.

The Verdict -

A roomy and efficient home with easy access to corporate offices and premier malls like Robinsons Pioneer, Shangri-La Plaza, and SM Megamall. of Mandaluyong.A lot of professionals work in the area and this condominium would be the perfect place for them to stay, especially if convenience is their top priority. Residents can walk to work and avoid the traffic. If they don’t want to walk but find it too much of a hassle to drive, they can quickly access taxis that pass through the area. And although the building is relatively older than most condominiums in the area, quality concrete slabs are used, which makes for not only a stronger foundation but also good noise blocker. A little renovation or repairs could also be done in the rooms to spruce them up.
