The Good -

The building is at an advantage because of its proximity to universities, malls, restaurants, retail stores, laundry shops, water stations, and even the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex. The condominium offers properly maintained studio units up to three bedroom units. Amenities like the gym, roof deck, and the children’s playground are also available for the residents’ comfort and enjoyment. Podium parking is available for residents.

The Bad -

The common areas and amenities could be better maintained. Some of the walls need repainting and the floors could benefit from some polishing. The units also need better maintenance. In terms of location, there are a few drawbacks, including the cramped streets and heavy rush hour traffic.

The Verdict -

Cityland Vito Cruz is a practical investment for professionals, couples, families, and most especially students because of its proximity to various schools. The walls, flooring, and fixtures in some of the units need proper maintenance. But apart from this, the varying unit sizes can perfectly accommodate different types of residents. The building’s location also makes things more convenient. Residents can easily get groceries, food, laundry, water, and anything else they might need at commercial, food, and retail centers that are only a few minutes away.
