The Good - The Corinthian Executive Regency is right beside Robinson's Galleria Mall. This mixed development is surrounded by restaurants, other shopping malls like SM Megamall, The Podium, and EDSA Shangri-La, and prestigious schools like Saint Pedro Poveda College and The Medical City, Ortigas. Despite its proximity to Ortigas Avenue, noise isn’t a major problem for its residents.


The Bad - The Corinthian Executive Regency offers small unit cuts, with a highly dense population per floor. Expect heavy traffic during rush hour. The condominium also offers office spaces in the building, which makes the building and the vicinity crowded.


The Verdict - If you’re looking for a modest living space that’s virtually near everything and anything in Ortigas Business District with impressive amenities and readily accessible commercial establishments, go for Corinthian Executive Regency. Expats, small sized families, and professionals can enjoy the modest space that Corinthian Executive Regency offers.
