The Good - Easton Place provides the basic amenities for the residents’ needs. Its impressive façade makes it one of the luxurious, high-rise condominiums in Makati where people would want to live in. Standing 37 stories high, the grandeur of living in Easton Place will truly be a fulfilling experience.


The Bad - Easton Place is located in Valero, wherein several office companies are taking up commercial spaces too. Once outside the condominium, brace yourself for the hustle and bustle of the Makati streets.


Property Management
The building’s appearance radiates the elegance of Easton Place. Meanwhile, Easton Place’s condominium policies are tolerant. They do allow food deliveries and guests inside the premises, but they do not allow any kind of pets within the unit. If you’re planning to use a stove, the in-house property management allows the use of gas and electric ranges. In case of a blackout, Easton Place’s generators provide up to 100% back-up power.
Security
Security is strict in the Easton Place. The security personnel in the condominium sternly implements protocol when it comes to guests and other visitors. On the other hand, the security management monitors the activities within the common areas of the condominium through several CCTV security cameras around the condominium. In response to fire safety, provided on each floor are fire cabinets, fire alarms, and fire sprinkler systems.
Amenities
The Easton Place’s entrance hall is spacious to receive a large number of guests and visitors. The Easton Palace offers amenities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym. The outdoor swimming pool is located on the roof deck, with views overlooking the Makati skyline. However, there’s only one shower area near the pool. As of writing, they are currently renovating some areas near the pool — these are potential hazards to the residents’ safety. Easton Place’s gym is spacious enough to accommodate more residents during peak hours. They also provide a water dispenser as well.
Unit Quality
If you are looking to avail of a 2BR unit from Easton Place, it is spacious enough to accommodate around 3-5 occupants. The living room can hold several medium-sized furniture and a few entertainment appliances. The unit has several fixtures set such as cabinets, cupboards, and countertops. Some units have its own laundry area. There are bathrooms in the unit that has a shallow bathtub, others have a shower unit. The living area and bedrooms are tiled with wood panels, while the bathrooms, laundry area, and kitchen are tiled with ceramic tiles. The living room and bedrooms have enough windows to let natural light come in.
Location
Easton Place has a coffee shop at the ground floor. You can access nearly everything by walking or driving from one place to another. Near Easton Place is establishments such as Glorietta, Greenbelt, SM Makati, Ayala Triangle Park, Makati Sports Club, Makati Medical Center, Makati Golf Club Driving Range, and more. You have to walk or take a cab towards Ayala Avenue or Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue to board other public transportation vehicles.

The condo is very spacious - I like how the areas are proportioned. From the outside, you won't think that the units are huge. Location is great. As I remember, there is an open parking area near the condo which is very convenient for visitors.

Security is reasonably tight as there are celebrities living in the condo. The lobby and common areas are very classy. There is a Starbucks branch at the ground floor. The condo is also very easy to find.
