The Good -

Aside from the solid wood door attached at the main entrance of each unit, there is also a screen door so that residents can open the door to let in air and still feel safe. The amenities are clean and well-maintained. The units are well-built and spacious. In terms of location, residents can conveniently access malls like SM North Edsa and Trinoma. Various forms of public transportation are also easily accessible. Building security is strict and surveillance cameras are installed in all the common areas.

The Bad -

Traffic in the surrounding streets becomes quite heavy during rush hours. The neighborhood is noisy and a bit chaotic because of all the cars and the people passing through so those looking for a peaceful home may not feel at ease at the condominium.

The Verdict -

Perfect for the young urban dwellers or a starting family, the units are well built and relatively spacious. Some units even have amazing views of the surrounding city. Commercial and business centers can be found at the ground floor of the condominium including banks, shops, restaurants, and the like. Major shopping malls like SM North Edsa and Trinoma are also just around the corner. Residents can choose to ride their respective cars or choose from the variety of public transportation methods like taxis, buses, jeeps, and trains, which are all easily accessible. Some of the disadvantages include heavy rush hour traffic and the noisy community. But despite this, the properly designed and maintained units and well managed condominium is worth the investment.
