Escalades at 20th Avenue

I chose this property because it is a walking distance from where I work. It is located in a quieter side of cubao but still accessible to transportation such as jeep and taxi's. The pool lay out is quite realaxing. The amenities are just on a simple scale but it's good. The staff maintenance and the guards are courteous. Parkings and Guest parkings are very limited so it's better to purchase a parking slot if you have an extra money. Overall this property is nice and good investment especially for students who will be soon studying in this area.
