The Good -

Eureka looks like a humble condominium in the quiet district of Makati. But there’s more than what meets the eye. The building is well secured. Its gate is only accessible using a security card issued only to owners. Also, CCTV cams are situated at different locations in the building. In addition, it is a low density development having only eight units per floor with each unit coming in spacious semi-furnished layouts. You can choose either between a studio or a one bedroom condo unit for sale. You don’t have to worry about brownouts as it is totally backed up by a generator.

The Bad -

Eureka is purely a residential condominium without any amenities to offer. The open parking space is not enough for all the residents. Parking is also challenging as it is available only on a first come, first serve basis on a limited area. Its adjacent road is crowded and narrowed by other parked vehicles.
