The Good - Eurovilla III offers the prime necessities a condominium must cater to its residents — spacious living area, prime location, easy accessibility to a number of establishments, and exclusivity with only two units per floor. Families searching for their own space in the urban jungle of Makati will surely love to reside in the reserved part of Salcedo Village.

The Bad - Though the condominium is gated, there are times that the entrance is left unguarded. The building administrator also acts as the concierge; in case that the administrator is unavailable, the security personnel attends to the reception.

Property Management
Eurovilla III’s simple concrete façade separates itself from its modernistic neighbors in Villar Street, Salcedo Village. Surrounded by contemporary buildings and establishments, you can easily spot Eurovilla III among the rest. Meanwhile, the condominium’s policies aren’t restrictive when it comes to service providers for cable TV and internet. On the other hand, their management allow the use of gas or electricity for cooking. In case of power interruption, the building generator provides 100% backup. Eurovilla III only has two public elevators, none of which are service elevators. Although the building management does not allow pets inside the condominium, there are tenants that own pets otherwise.
Some of the features of Eurovilla III may be antiquated, but they have adapted to the current trends in security—they have installed CCTV security surveillance cameras. Fire precaution and evacuation is a top priority, with fire extinguishers, fire hose cabinets, alarms, and evacuation plans within plain sight. However, the fire exits were locked from within, making it impassable. The condominium’s security is a bit lax. The security personnel acts as the concierge in case the building administrator himself isn’t present.
There are no amenities in the premises of Eurovilla III. The lobby has been kept well, with enough furniture that does not take up too much space in the lobby. The Filipiniana-themed reception area is surprisingly cool despite being an open area lobby. It is well lit and well-maintained. The concierge also monitors the CCTV security camera footage as well.
Unit Quality
Despite the lack of amenities, Eurovilla III offers roomy spaces for families of different sizes. Depending on the previous tenant, the features of each unit differs as the previous owner might have renovated or added partitions within the unit. Generally, partitions are set for the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The whole unit is installed with ceramic tile panels for flooring, except for the bedroom, which has wooden laminate panels. The kitchen has fixtures such as cupboards, countertops, and cabinets installed. The living area can fit in bulky furniture and appliances without making the space cramped. On the other hand, the bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed without any problem. The stellar view of the Makati skyline can be appreciated by the tenants living in the upper floors of the condominium, given that the Eurovilla III is only 14 stories high. This condominium truly is a good option for those who want no frills condominium living.
The Eurovilla III is an ideal location for professionals and families alike. Near Eurovilla III are different establishments of dining, entertainment, and commerce. Would-be residents will enjoy going around Salcedo Village from the Eurovilla III. Notable restaurants near this condominium are the Top of the Citi, Rue Bourbon, and Commune. Residents can walk or drive to various entertainment spots such as the Ayala Triangle Gardens, the Salcedo Park, and more. Shopping districts such as Greenbelt and Glorietta are also nearby. However, public transportation vehicles ply along the main roads of Makati, so residents need to walk further to commute to other places in Makati.
