The Good - Fort Victoria, with its unmatched location, is a good home to invest in. Located just a few minutes away from banks, malls, commercial, and business areas allows residents to save time and get some exercise because they can just conveniently walk to their destinations in a pedestrian friendly city. Developed by New San Jose Builders, this 45 story, three tower condominium has its own commercial area where some stores sell furniture. This is convenient for new homeowners who have yet to furnish their space.


The Bad - Bad traffic frequently occurs around the building during rush hours. The loft-type one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units inside the condominium are relatively small and the quality of the materials used, like the thin, wooden partitions, are not of high caliber.


Property Management
Looking at the building’s faded white facade, unclean windows, and the empty commercial spaces, which are covered up with manila paper, you can tell that the building is not really that well-maintained. As for the building’s interiors, the lobby has a simple, unembellished design. Looking at the cleanliness of the lobby area and hallways, one can say it is better maintained than the building’s exterior. Mail or messages can be left any time with the 24 hour concierge so that is one less thing that tenants and unit owners have to worry about. What’s good about it is that guests can be assisted any time. During power outages, an 80% back-up generator is available for tenants’ and unit owners’ use. Small pets are allowed in the units as long as they are kept well-behaved.
Security
The building has regular 24/7 security protocols like guest log-ins, parking, and lobby guards, and CCTV cameras to keep residents safe. Fire precautionary measures are also available. Some of these, like the extinguishers, hoses, axes, are well-placed throughout the corridors. Fire exits have clear and visible signs.
Amenities
With the building’s wide range of amenities, residents are sure to get that quality home relaxation they need. These features include a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a sunbathing deck, a clubhouse with function rooms, gym, a spa and sauna, a landscaped park with water features, a jogging trail, a playground, and a sports area. The pool area is really wide and the floor material that was used was a safe, rough kind of tile to prevent residents, especially kids, from slipping. The pool area is also surrounded by the three towers of Fort Victoria. The common areas are simpler - not much design or decor can be seen. The paintings on the walls are neutral shades of white, off white, and grey, which give them a cleaner and more modern feel.
Unit Quality
Prospective homebuyers can choose from the condominium’s one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units all of which have great views of the surrounding Bonifacio Global City skyline and the Manila Golf Course. The units are relatively small but can fit from one to five people. The rooms that are to be turned over are simple and easy to renovate, although some of the materials used to construct the units are not quite of good quality. The number of units and elevators were designed for optimum use and to prevent elevator traffic which is a huge plus for residents who are composed mostly of businessmen, professionals, students, and young families.
Location
Right at the corner of 23rd street and 5th avenue, Fort Victoria stands tall. Surrounded by the busy commercial, business, entertainment, and retail centers of Bonifacio Global City, convenience is the main advantage that residents get out of living at this premier address. One of the only major hindrances of living in the building is the heavy traffic during rush hours.

Heard many good things from buyers, except to avoid the in-house interior design firm many complaints and high price.
