The Good - Building location is one of Globill Mansion’s best assets. Being near the central business district of Makati allows residents to easily get all their needs and luxuries. Also a school and some commercial centers are available just near the area and despite being surrounded by these, the neighborhood is still quite peaceful. In the building, a clean and orderly lobby greets residents. A laundry shop and a chapel are even available at the ground floor.

The Bad - The winding streets going to Globill Mansion may confuse first timers. The building is not recommended for PWD’s because there are no elevators in the building leading to the higher floors. Dim lighting in the hallways and the lobby is also an issue.

Property Management
The building developers maximized the building space by putting the parking area at the basement; allowing more parking for the tenants. Rules regarding pets are not strict as long as owners’ keep them in check. Tenants and unit owners can bring pets into their units but they have to make sure that their neighbors are not disturbed. Management also makes sure that reception is available 24/7 for residents’ needs and to entertain any guests or home buyers. Based on the building’s outer appearance and interiors, one can say that the property management has done a good job of keeping the condominium in top shape.
Residents can be assured that there is 24/7 security. A security official keeps watch at the building entrance and the basement parking. CCTV cameras are available throughout the building. Fire precautions in the form of sprinklers, fire alarms, hoses, and exits are ready and easy to access.
No amenities can be found in the condominium and the only common areas available are the lobby, hallways, and stairways. Although, the lighting is a little dim, these areas are kept clean and neat. Even the facade of the building is kept in great shape. Design-wise, everything is functional and easily accessible. A chapel, a laundry shop, and a photocopy center are available in the commercial area on the ground floor.
Unit Quality
Home buyers can choose between the building’s studio-type units, one bedroom units, and two bedroom units. Most of the units have balconies included which is a plus. Tenants at least have a place where they can relax and get some fresh air since the building has no amenities area. Designed with a commercial area, the condominium offers residents the advantage of getting some of their basic needs just a few steps away from their unit. The units in the building are relatively small in size but are well maintained. The walls are solid and almost soundproof so that helps reduce noise pollution between the rooms. Design-wise, the building has a classic style and an older feel to it.
With its address located in Osias, Makati, Metro Manila, Globill Mansion’s proximity to one of the Philippines’ top central business districts gives it a major advantage among other condominiums in the Metro. Travel time to all the important retail areas is reduced and tenants and unit owners have an easier time in getting what they need. But despite this huge advantage, the building can be found among residential areas and for new residents, for example, locating the street would be quite difficult. The area is peaceful after rush hours but really chaotic during those times because the building is right behind a school and a retail and commercial area.
