The Good - Grand Emerald Tower along Garnet Road and Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center is near the Asian Development Bank Complex and the Robinson’s Galleria. Even if its location isn’t flood prone, the Grand Emerald Tower’s foundation is raised from street level for disaster preparedness. The AIC Grande Tower houses numerous commercial stores located on its ground floor and residential units. An unfurnished unit comes with a stylish kitchen system complete with hanging cabinets and countertops, a small non-functional balcony, and a modest living area and bedroom.

The Bad - Despite its grand façade, the Grand Emerald Tower’s units are narrow. A unit comes with a full divider, equally separating the living area from the bedroom; although it is upon the unit owner’s discretion to remove the divider to maximize space. Some furnished units display how the Grand Emerald Tower fails to deliver spacious unit layouts. The choice of furniture pieces is bigger for the unit cut. Furthermore, there are no nearby convenience or retail stores, although The Prime is within a residential area.

The Verdict - The Grand Emerald Tower’s cuts are small for its layout. It would be more comfortable if the room had more allowance for space than focus on the interior design of the unit. If you’re leaning towards accessibility than space, then the Grand Emerald Tower is a good choice for you.

prime location, at the heart of ortigas center, lots of convenience shops beside grand emerald center, offices, condos, 24 hours food store. waking distance to robinson galleria mall, podium, sm megamall and shangrila plaza, ortigas mrt station. good for investment, high rental income per month.
