The Good - The Greenbelt Chancellor offer quality amenities and facilities for its residents to enjoy. There is a 24-hour security service and several CCTV security cameras for surveillance. There is also an intercom security system connecting the reception to all the units. All the units have been carefully designed and fully furnished so tenants have less trouble moving in to their new homes. The lobby feels very classy and homey. There are studio type rooms and 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units as well. These can fit from 1 to about 6 people depending on the room.

The Bad - Even though the studio type rooms come complete and fully furnished, they are narrow and cramped. The standby generator backup is only available for selected floors. Only electric stoves are allowed for cooking. The street in front of the building is narrow and becomes congested during peak hours. No pets are allowed in the building.

Property Management
The building is quite new, and based from its facade, one can see that it is well maintained. There is a standby generator in case of power failure available only for selected floors. For cooking, only electric stoves can be used. Pets are not allowed inside the condominium. An intercom security system connects each unit to the reception desk. Tenants can renovate or make repairs in the units with permission from the unit owner or the management.
Security personnel keep watch of the main entrance and lobby. CCTV security cameras are installed all over the building’s common areas including the amenities, lobby, hallways, and elevators, in order to monitor activities throughout the building. All fire precautionary and safety measures are in place, all over the building. These include automatic sprinklers, alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers, hoses, exits, and escape routes.
The lobby has a cozy feel with plush chairs, carpets and low-key lamps and lighting. There is a concierge that is available 24/7. The hallways and elevators are well-maintained and well-lit. The amenities of the condominium including the pools and the gym are in good order and clean. The gym’s equipment is complete. The pool area is shaded and there are even sun bathing decks which are partly submerged in the water.
Unit Quality
Some units are quite narrow but they come complete with all the necessities, appliances, and furniture that a tenant needs. Everything is brand new and taken care of. The walls are freshly painted and solid. The cabinets and other installed furniture are of good quality. Each floor houses around 15 units. The feel of the design is classic with a slightly modern touch. The hallways and elevators have nice lighting and are spacious. Renovations can be made in the units, but only with the unit owner or management’s consent.
Surrounded by parks, commercial, business, shopping, food, entertainment, and retail centers, Greenbelt Chancellor is a good place to be at if a home buyer is looking for convenience and easy accessibility. There is less need for public transportation because nearly everywhere is just a walk away. This is made easier by all the sidewalks and pedestrian lanes in the area. But if the tenants need to go to further places, there are different forms of public transportation that they can use. Taxis, jeepneys, and buses are readily available in the streets and main roads.

The unit is really nice,clean, and they even provided some goodies. It is walking distance to malls, banks, restaurants, laundry shop, convenient stores, etc. Transportation is accessible, you can even ask the front desk to arrange transportation for you. Security people are very courteous and they really monitor who goes in and out of the building. That makes you feel safe. Rate is very affordable and you really get your money's worth.
