The Good - Greenbelt Parkplace offers spacious, fully furnished units, along with good amenities for its tenants. This 39-storey tower is located in the heart of Makati’s Central Business District. As one of the high-rise, luxury condominiums in Makati, Greenbelt Parkplace offers various amenities such as an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a gym and sauna, a game room, and a function room. The lobby’s facade is classy and elegant. A video intercom system can be found in each unit connecting them to the concierge in the lobby. Small pets are allowed in the tower.

The Bad - There are no laundry services in the tower so occupants may either do their own or go out elsewhere.

Property Management
Since the building is new, it is still in pristine condition. As for its policies, small pets are allowed, waste disposal is through garbage chute system, and an audio-visual intercom system is in place in each room which is connected to the concierge in the lobby. Cable, telephone, and Internet lines can easily be arranged with the help of the management. The minimum contract is for 12 months and 2 months deposit is required once the property is turned over to the tenant.
The safety and security of the tenants is made sure by all the security systems and safety precautions set in place by the building management. These include 24 hour surveillance through CCTV cameras monitoring common areas like the lobby, amenities, hallways, and elevators. Security guards man the entrance and lobby of the building. Fire alarms, smoke detectors, sprinklers, hoses, extinguishers, escapes route signs, exits are all installed, functioning and ready to use in emergency cases.
Greenbelt Parkplace has a grand lobby designed with marble floors and walls and great lighting that give it an air of sophistication. Upon entering, guests can feel welcome and at home. The pool and other amenities are in top shape and are appealing to use, clean, and safe.
Unit Quality
The 1BR units are spacious that can accommodate around 1 to 2 people. The walls are concrete and sturdy and the design of the units are simple. But renovations and repairs can easily be made with consent from the unit owner or management. The units come fully furnished so that might be one less thing to worry about for home searchers. The overall design of the building is elegant and light.
As part of Legaspi Village, Greenbelt Parkplace is just a walk away from all the business, commercial, retail, and entertainment centers in the area making it easier for tenants to find what they want and to choose according to their preference. Walking to and from places is easy because of all the sidewalks and pedestrian lanes in the area. But for those who have farther to go, one may opt either private transportation of public utility vehicles like taxis, jeeps, and buses, which can be found in the immediate area.

Greenbelt Parkplace's location undeniably is what makes it so attractive with buyers and tenants, it is situated literally within minutes from the mall and the park. Gives you plenty of options to relax and unwind from the busy city. The building itself has been maintained well enough by the property management and unit owners alike despite being in operation for a couple of years already. Very much offers your standard condominium amenities and services that are comparable within the vicinity. And the security personnel and staff are quite thorough and helpful. I would recommend this project for those who would love to live near the convenience of the mall and/or those who like doing laps around the park. It is a very decent project with the right price. A very good investment as a transient unit or for long term rental use.
