The Good - Greenbelt Radissons is worth investing in especially for those who prioritize the building’s location and units more than anything else. The condominium can boast of its good building design. The building interiors are cozy and hotel-like. Meanwhile, the building structure, which uses concrete slabs for every unit wall, floor, and ceiling, is of good quality. Every unit has a balcony so all tenants and unit owners can get to enjoy a good view and some fresh air.

The Bad - Despite the convenience of the location, the area is flood-prone and easily gets congested during rush hours. The narrow roads also add to the heavy traffic. Inside the building, the gym area needs cleaning and organizing.

Property Management
Looking at the Greenbelt Radissons façade, one can tell that the management keeps the building well-maintained. From afar, the building is pleasing to look at. The paint is done properly and repainted when it starts to fade. There is 24-hour reception for both the unit owner’s and guest’s convenience. The receptionist and security are friendly and welcoming. Management is not too strict with its rules. Small pets are allowed in the building. Guests are allowed as long as they follow security protocols.
The condominium has 24-hour security. Its precautions are complete with security personnel, CCTV cameras, guest log-in protocols, and fire safety measures. Security personnel are stationed at the lobby entrance and parking entrance.
For its amenities, the building has a swimming pool, a function room, and a gym. The pool and function room are maintained but the gym area could use a bit of organizing and tidying up. On the other hand, the common areas are not only well-maintained, but also well-designed. From the polished marble floors and elevators to the plush couches, the common areas give the building a feeling of both warmth and elegance.
Unit Quality
In terms of design, the building has a classy feel. The elevators were designed to open on both sides so it becomes more convenient for unit owners to access them. The walls between the units are solid and block out noise properly. The properly maintained units, all of which have balconies, give residents fantastic balcony views of the surrounding skyline.
The condominium would suit young professionals, executives, businessmen, and investors because of its location in one of the metro’s busiest central business districts where a huge portion of professionals go to work. Although there are some drawbacks, like higher chances of flooding and heavy traffic, being surrounded by numerous corporate offices and premier shopping centers makes living more convenient. Also, the location of the building allows residents to walk to work or to nearby shopping malls like Greenbelt, Glorietta, and The Landmark
