The Good - Location-wise, the building is in a prime spot and very accessible. It is very near Legaspi Park and Greenbelt. The tower has two entrances which can be accessed from two streets. Upon entering the lobby of the tower, you are greeted by a warm concierge and security. Security is good and is guaranteed to be 24/7. A front reception desk is available so that the concierge can help tenants, unit owners, and guests with any of their problems or inquiries. The units are clean and in good condition. Some of the available rooms available are the 1BR deluxe, 1BR premier, studio premier queen, studio premier twin, 2BR units, and loft type units. The indoor pool is new and the tiling surrounding it is not slippery. The play area is padded for safety purposes. The fitness center is well ventilated, complete with necessary equipment, maintained properly, and designed well. Separate saunas for men and women are also available.

The Bad - KL Tower Residences is in the central business district and near the Greenbelt shopping area, the streets become congested at times, especially during rush hours.

Property Management
The property is managed by Hospitality International, Inc. Guests are allowed in the building with consent from tenants and the management. Pets, on the other hand, are not allowed. With regards to cooling systems and cooking, only window type air-conditioning units may be installed and only electric stoves may be used. Upfront, the building looks clean, modern, well designed, and maintained. A back-up generator is available in the building. Construction and renovation may be done with permission from the unit owners or property management.
Residents of the building are secured and protected 24/7. The main entrances are guarded by security personnel. CCTV surveillance cameras are installed in all the common areas to monitor activity. Fire precautions are in place and these include alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and exits. Exit signs are well lit and visible. All are in proper order, easily accessible, and can be used at any moment’s notice in a fire emergency situation.
The lobby has a nice, modern design with modern furniture accents and seating. The building has amenities including a pool, a sauna, a gym, shower rooms, a function room, and a restaurant. The pool area is covered and the sides of the pool aren’t slippery which makes it safer for people. The play area is open and the chairs are padded nicely so children can play safely. The gym is also complete in equipment. Well-built saunas are also part of the building’s amenities and they are easily located near the pool area. A restaurant can be found at the ground floor of the building.
Unit Quality
Overall, the 32-storey building has a clean, modern design with pops of color in the walls, furnishings and seats. The lobbies, hallways, and elevators are well lit and properly ventilated. The units are clean, well maintained and can fit around four people. They are also nicely designed and come fully furnished. Most of the floors are tiled so it becomes easier to clean and maintain. The furnitures are sturdy and well built. The walls are thick and solid so noise is filtered out. Appliances are also included and ready to use once the tenant moves in. Tenants can make repairs or changes in the units with permission from the administration or unit owners. If they are allowed, they also have the option of removing or adding other furnishings in their units. Most of the units have balconies with amazing views of the surrounding village and the Makati skyline.
The location is strategic and it is proximal to commercial areas. The building even has a restaurant at the ground floor so getting food becomes more convenient for tenants and guests. There are parks right in front of the building which makes playing, strolling, or jogging easier for tenants and their kids.

We stayed here for 9 days. I loved the location. It was a short walking distance to Greenbelt Malls (Greenbelt 1 to 5) which means you will never lack a place to dine in and shop in. The room is well appointed and Spacious enough. Our unit had a little kitchen , a dining area , which was great. Although we did not really use it for dinning, it just provided extra space. The bathroom was okay, kinda dark. I think it needs to be upgraded and be "modernized". It looks old. The pool was great. Big enough to do laps. My husband used the pool daily. They had Sauna and a small gym. I have have used the gym, it was really small, but the equipments are newer. Review for STAFF SERVICE: I love our cleaning guy, he really did a great job. Well mannered and really does a great job. The reception staff, needs to be trained some more. They are not as welcoming as they should be. You can walk in, they see you , but won't look at you to acknowledge your presence. I have seen them also try to pretend to be busy. Seriously? Calling the manager of this property, you need to train them more. The restaurant next to it, where we have our Breakfast, good food and pretty good service. Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing the park. Slow elevator! Perfect location. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe room which was very spacious and had all of our needs. 2 tvs and 2 aircons as well. The only downfall of this property is the elevators. there was only 2 working at the time and seemed like we had to wait approx 3-5 minutes for the lift from the 19th floor and sometimes it would be packed then we would have to wait again. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. We would lile to say thanks to Bryelle and Drew at the front desk for being very efficient with our needs.

It was a perfect choice for layover. It is near the airport and 5 mins Walk to greenbelt shopping malls. Will return definitely...
