The Good - Its prime location is one of its best features. The rooms overlook the streets and the other surrounding buildings. They are spacious and can fit about 1 to 4 people. Maintenance is good because the rooms are continuously repaired and renovated once problems arise and once new tenants move in. Any type of air-conditioning unit can be installed in the rooms. Security is around the clock.

The Bad - Like most of the other buildings, pets are not allowed inside the tower. Also, the building has no amenities and the only common area is the lobby.

Property Management
The classic design of the building’s facade gives away that the condominium is quite old, but aside from that, one can see that it is quite well-maintained. Tenants can opt to install either a split-type or a window type air-conditioner. Gas or electricity may be used for cooking. Pets are not allowed except for the ones owned by old tenants. Renovation is allowed, but only with the unit owner or management’s consent.
Security guards man the concierge, while the whole building is monitored by security CCTV cameras. Units all have automatic sprinklers installed. Fire escapes, exits, and extinguishers are all in good order and can be used anytime by the residents in case a fire emergency occurs.
There are no amenities in the building. The lobby, which is clean and classy, is the only common area. A concierge is available to answer any of the tenants’ or guests’ questions, but sadly, it is not available 24/7. The hallways and elevators do not have good lighting, but they are spacious. In terms of cleanliness and the impact of the common areas, they look pretty well maintained.
Unit Quality
The units are spacious and well maintained. The walls in between the rooms are nice and solid so less noise comes through. The furniture look and feel sturdy enough with just a few repairs or renovations to be made. The rooms come with views of the surrounding buildings and the streets below. The design of the building is classic with warm colors like brown and bronze.
La Maison’s best feature is its location, which is in the heart of the Makati Central Business District. Malls, restaurants, boutiques, retail, business, and other commercial areas are just in the immediate vicinity. The building is near places such as Greenbelt and Glorietta, which are both one of the prime shopping centers in the area. Tenants can easily walk the distance and with sidewalks, pedestrian lanes, and traffic lights around, it becomes even more convenient. For harder to reach places, residents can still opt for any form of public transportation available in the area. These include taxis, jeepneys, and buses.
