The Good - Le Metropole offers everything within reach in Makati’s central business district (CBD) as it is sandwiched between H.V. Dela Costa Street and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, formerly known as Buendia Avenue. A few steps away is all you need to access multiple modes of transportation that can take you anywhere in Makati. Most units come with a balcony. Units are adequately spaced for small to medium sized families.


The Bad - While both thoroughfares enables Le Metropole’s residents to go to wherever in Makati, these roads are congested during rush hours. On the other hand, the lobby has a lingering unpleasant smell to it, and it looks dim even though there are lots of lights in the lobby. There are some gym equipment lacking, and the space is quite small.


Property Management
Standing 18 stories high, Le Metropole belongs to the residential line of condominiums located in Salcedo Village. Its property management has specified service providers that are allowed within the condominium. Cooking appliances using either gas or electricity is allowed. They allow pets in the condominium.
Security
The security in the condominium is slightly lenient. A single security personnel guards the entrance, while a concierge attends to all the queries of the residents as well as the visitors in the condominium. There’s a security guard roaming around monitoring the activity at the common areas of the condominium. The unit has its own gate as added protection.
Amenities
The lobby of Le Metropole is vast, more than enough to cater a number of guests. Even though there were a lot of light fixtures in the lobby, the lobby seemed dim. There’s a lingering unpleasant smell at the lobby as well. Le Metropole offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and function room. The gym is small, and lack some necessary equipment for a routine exercise. The function room is quite small, too. Small meetings and gatherings can be held there. The swimming pool is on another location. The pool is gated to avoid accidents. The poolside can be a good spot for sunbathing. Adjacent to the pool is an open space where kids can play, as there is no space for a children’s playground.
Unit Quality
The units have its own gate at the foyer. The units are adequately spaced for families of small to medium sizes. The living area is the only room with a wide window view to the balcony. A three bedroom unit has a foyer, living and dining area, a small kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms are cut adequately, but can only handle basic to semi-bulky appliances and furniture. The kitchen has a complete cabinet system; both overhead and modular cabinets. Slots are allocated for a refrigerator, an oven range, and an exhaust. The kitchen also has its own laundry area, and a maid’s quarters with own bathroom. The bedrooms have a window where you can appreciate the city view.

Standing between thoroughfares Gil Puyat Avenue and H.V. Dela Costa Street, Le Metropole is your gateway access to all things in Makati. Establishments nearby Le Metropole are Mapua Makati, Makati Golf Club Driving Range, Ospital ng Makati, BIR Makati, RCBC Plaza, Makati Sports Club, Salcedo Saturday Market, Glorietta, Greenbelt, SM Makati, and more. Beware that during rush hours, traffic congestion is expected.
