The Good - This four-year-old condominium is well kept from its façade to the units offered. Interested buyers or renters can choose from studio, 1BR, or 2BR type of units. The lobby has a homely and relaxing feel with accommodating staff. It also offers a function room at the roof deck not only to the tenants, but to outsiders as well.

The Bad - The unit is small and should have an additional source of ventilation. There is minimal space for furniture unless you opted for small-sized ones. There is no parking lot yet; vehicle has to be parked on the street.

Property Management
Manchester Place has a lenient policy. Visitors are allowed even at late night as long as the tenant will fetch their guests from the receiving area. Generator back up is available for small appliances. Cooking is allowed through electric stove. There is an elevator for tenants but no service elevator for deliveries. The administration staff is not strict in entertaining walk-in and showing available units.
There is an on-post security guard at the entrance. The attending staff at the concierge is one of the security personnel too. There are CCTV security surveillance cameras situated on different areas of the building. The glass door at the entrance is closed but not locked.
The façade is fitting for its semi-royalty theme and the lobby is big enough and fairly designed with sofa set and reading materials. The hallway has minimal yet interesting decorations. At the roof deck, the function room occupies the whole area with some furniture and appliances inside and spacious open –area balcony outside overlooking Makati’s business district. Gym is located at the ground floor with a fee for non-residents. There is no parking lot, but there’s a limited slot allocated for motorcycles alongside the gym. Vehicles are parked on the street.
Unit Quality
The unit is presentable, however it is small. It gives an impression of a compact space because you have to maximize the limited space for different areas. A balcony serves as an alternate source of natural ventilation for the unit with not much of a presentable view.
Manchester Place is surrounded with small business establishments like groceries and eateries and residential houses. Finding this condominium is not difficult. It can be reached through cabs or tricycles. It is also located near the Philippine National Railway.
