internet had problems on the 2nd day but they were able to hand us a pocket wifi i called over to confirm my reservation over the phone and i talked to someone who is freaking rude, i got dismayed with that call and wanted to transfer to another place but I didnt have enough time to do the booking so I stayed with mosaic. The AC has no temperature control, we cannot adjust the temp so we just switch it to fan mode or turn it on at the pre set temp. Its hot or super cold. were able to do early check in and late check out. complete amenities at the room, i wish there were slippers.
