The Good -

The units are spacious and comfortable. The condominium is really well maintained. The pool area, the hallways, and the basement parking are all clean and spotless. The units are also well taken care off. Tough security measures, like screening and being chaperoned by a guard around the condominium, are implemented by the management.

The Bad -

The condominium is surrounded by a residential area so residents can expect fewer retail shops and convenience stores around. There are no open spaces in the area where children can run along and play or where professionals can go for a quick jog. There are no elevators in any of the five story towers in the condominium, which may be inconvenient for those who live on the higher levels.

The Verdict -

This tightly secured and beautifully maintained condominium can be a prime investment for homebuyers and investors. The pool area is wide and regularly cleaned, which is why most of the residents make good use of it. Developers made good use of the limited space of the condominium by putting the parking area in the basement. Security personnel keep watch at the main gate and patrol the property. Guests are screened and during viewings, a guard is assigned to accompany potential buyers. Though the condominium has some disadvantages, like the lack of elevators, open spaces, and convenience stores, it definitely makes up for it with the well-designed units and peaceful community.
