The Good -

Ocean Tower Condominium is a low density residential condominium with eight units per floor. The units available here are spacious and bright. The one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units come with a balcony. The cooktop can either be in electric or gas. Small pets are also accommodated here.


The Bad -

Its location along Roxas Boulevard makes it hard to access by jeep. Taxi or tricycle are the ideal mode of transportation to get here. There are some units that will have a blocked view because of the nearby towering buildings. The lobby and hallways are dimly-lit.


The Verdict -

Ocean Tower Condominium has been around for two decades. Its age explains why the units available here have big cuts unlike the units offered by the condominiums nowadays. The rooms may seem and feel a bit of old style but are still in a good condition. The rooms have ample natural light and some of the units even have a bathtub provided. Some of the units facing Roxas Boulevard have a scenic view of the Manila Bay. Some of its common areas such as the lobby and hallways as those are dimly lit. In addition, it is distant from the jeeps with its location along Roxas Boulevard. Taxis and tricycles are the readily available option for transportation.
