The Good -

One Burgundy Plaza has a strategic location along Katipunan Avenue in front of Ateneo De Manila University. Transportation is readily available once outside the condo. LRT 2 Katipunan station is a short distance away from the condominium. This condo is also suitable for pet lovers. The backup generator can accommodate the common areas up to the unit.

The Bad -

The parking lot has limited slots. Guest parking is allocated only at the front lot on a first come, first serve basis. There are no roving guards visible in the premises as well as lifeguards at the pool area.

The Verdict -

One Burgundy Plaza is a favorable place for a group of college students considering that it is in front of Ateneo De Manila University.  It is also accessible to students from Miriam College and UP-Diliman. The units are configured for a convenient living space: spacious, private, and quiet. Although the interior may be a bit dated, it is in good condition. The basic amenities such as the swimming pool and function room are apt for students’ activities - hanging or partying with friends or conducting an organizational meeting. This condo has convenience store, restaurants, and services such as 7-Eleven (the only branch of this convenience store along Katipunan Avenue), Manang’s Chicken, Kitaro, laundry shop, a water refilling store, and even Land Bank.
