The Good - The building has special laundry areas with dryer vents where residents can choose to do their own laundry. The vents make it easier to hang and dry clothes. The common areas are very neat and organized. A mini grocery store is conveniently located right beside the building’s main entrance.


The Bad - Because the building is located in a residential area and is not in a gated community, there are times when people from other homes loiter in the surrounding area. The units, on the other hand, are quite small in size, which do not make them advisable for bigger families. There is only one elevator, which means if it breaks down or is under repair, all residents, especially those on higher floors, will have a harder time getting to their unit via the stairs.


The Verdict - If you’re looking for a simple home in the city with all the basic necessities, One Sapphire Condominium may just be the place for you. The condominium has small unit cuts that would be best suited for single professionals, couples, or at most small families. The surrounding area may not feel safe with people loitering around the area, especially at night, but there are barangay personnel (”tanods”) patrolling the area. Residents can get to do their own laundry easily at the laundry area. Simple and clean amenities are also available at the ground floor. All in all, the condominium is pretty complete and would provide future residents with a comfy home with proper management.
