The Good - Parklane Condominium is located at the famous condominium strip in H.V. Dela Costa, Salcedo Village, where various residential and commercial establishments are just a walk away. The bedrooms are quite spacious and in some units, there are partitions to separate the living area and the dining room. With only four units per floor, the residents’ privacy is guaranteed.

The Bad - The Parklane Condominium does not offer any amenities. For pet owners, the condominium policy does not allow pets within its premises.

Property Management
The Parklane’s Condominium polices are lenient. They allow the use of electricity or gas in operating stoves or ranges. Meanwhile, they allow food deliveries and guests as long as they follow the security protocol of the management. However, pet owners and enthusiasts cannot bring in their pets in the building. During power interruptions, the backup generator provides electricity to the common areas and about 30% of the unit.
The building’s security protocol is tight. Despite the lack of a concierge, a security personnel attends to all inquiries in the Parklane. All guests and other visitors must comply with their security protocol before gaining entrance to the units. The common areas have CCTV security cameras to monitor hallway activity. Fire prevention and evacuation units such as fire escapes, extinguishers, escape and evacuation plan, as well as fire hose cabinets are available.
The Parklane Condominium does not have any amenities inside its premises. Standing 12 storeys high, and given its limited lot space, it has limited space and area for common areas.
Unit Quality
This condominium was built to cater residential slots only. Even if it lacks amenities, the Parklane Condominium has focused on its unit layout. For a 1BR unfurnished unit, it already includes a bedroom with a maid’s room, along with two bath and toilet facilities in a 67 square meter space. The living area can cater a simple living room set, leaving enough space to move around. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, fully equipped with its own toilet, sink, and shower area. Except for the bathroom that uses tile flooring, the rest of the unit’s flooring is made of wood laminate panels. The unit is enough for a professional or a couple working in Makati. The 1BR unit may be cramped, but their 2BR units are wide and spacious enough to cater families with around 4-6 members. A 2BR unit also has its own balcony. While the bedrooms are spacious enough, residents can fit in small to medium sized sala sets with a few basic entertainment appliances.
Located within the famous condominium strip in Salcedo Village, the Parklane Condominium in Makati is a few minutes’ walk away to different residential and commercial establishments in Salcedo. A few minutes’ walk can take you to Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati Avenue, and Ayala Avenue. There are no available public transportation vehicles that will directly take you straight to points of interests such as malls and other commercial establishments, except if you take a cab, walk towards the main streets, or drive your own vehicle.
