The Good - Ponte Salcedo is one of the posh condominiums of Makati City. They offer the basic amenities—a swimming pool, a gym, and a function room. If you are looking for an exclusive, fine place to live in, then Ponte Salcedo is a good deal for you.


The Bad - Near several commercial and office establishments, expect to be caught in the hustling crowd outside the condominium premises. Moreover, some facilities weren’t maintained during the time of inspection — the stairway to the swimming pool itself was wet, but there were no precautionary signs or it wasn’t maintained well. The gym is slightly cramped, with its flooring prone to skids. Both situations may potentially lead to accidents.


Property Management
The building’s appearance alone can sufficiently justify its own elegance — its modern angular architecture denotes its finesse in providing high-class residence to its tenants. Ponte Salcedo is the prime location in Makati wherein you can truly enjoy the exclusivity of urban living. On the other hand, it is one of the exclusive condominiums with permissive policies in Makati. Of course, most condominiums allow food deliveries and guests, but Ponte Salcedo also allows pets within the premises of the building. Meanwhile, if you prefer to use a gas or an electric stove, any one of these are allowed. Moreover, residents may continue to enjoy doing their activities as the condominium provides 100% back up power from their generators in case of a blackout.
Security
Strict security is implemented in Ponte Salcedo. As usual, visitors and other people are subjected to security procedures at the concierge. Usual security precaution gadgets like CCTV security cameras are installed in every hallway, elevator and in the lobby. Guests and other visitors are subjected to security measures by the concierge. The security staff are strict in implementing security procedures.
Amenities
Ponte Salcedo’s lobby area is spacious enough to receive a large amount of guests. The lobby’s style is modernistic and well-maintained. In this condominium, several amenities are available. A swimming pool, a fitness gym, and a function room. At the time of viewing, the stairway to the swimming pool has a puddle of water that might be a factor for potential accidents. The shower area is an open space with floor tiles—thus making it slippery when wet, and another potential threat for children’s safety. The gym is cramped; it may be uncomfortable for groups of residents working out together. During peak hours, there’s a potential for accidents especially if the floor is wet with sweat.
Unit Quality
Upon assessment of a 2BR unit in Ponte Salcedo, families of about 3-5 members can enjoy the roomy bedrooms and living spaces. Certain fixtures such as cabinets, cupboards and countertops are available in the unit. All rooms in the unit are equipped with windows large enough to let in natural lighting to flow in. The living room can accommodate some medium-sized furniture and some entertainment appliances. Electrical outlets are generously distributed in each room.

Enjoy the finest restaurants and posh shopping districts near Ponte Salcedo: Seattle’s Best Coffee, Relish at Ponte, Shakeys Pizza, Il Ponticello, Starbucks, The Landmark, Greenbelt Complex, Rustan’s Department Store, Glorietta Mall, SM Makati, Sultan Mediterranean Grill, CNK Heorum, Claudette's, and more. There’s a nearby parking lot for guests that’s about a few minutes’ away from Ponte Salcedo. A few more minutes’ walk, you can reach Ayala Avenue to take a cab or other modes of public transportation.
