About This Project

Rainbow Ridge is one of the first DMCI condominium projects in Taguig City. It is specifically located along one of Taguig’s major thoroughfares, M.L. Quezon Road and is just a few minutes’ drive away from Bonifacio Global City. It was launched last 2002 with a total of 197 residential units, with three floors in its three buildings. This low-density building has unit types which include a studio type, 1BR, and 2BR unit. In each building, there are atriums and indoor gardens to promote fresh ventilation and good natural lighting in the lobbies during daytime. Accessibility is no problem at all because of the condominium is near major roadways, schools, hospitals, the city hall, business, entertainment, and shopping districts in the city.

The Good - The location is near commercial areas like Puregold and Metrobank. Fire protection and safety is a big priority. Fire escape ladders, fire extinguishers, and fire hoses are all in good shape.

The Bad - The buildings are quite old. Based on the fading wall paint and small wall cracks, the buildings are not that well-maintained. Although the location is near commercial areas, the streets are narrow and the surrounding areas are filled with informal settlers. The residence also does not have any amenities aside from a playground which is in ill repair.

Property Management
The rules are the same as the other DMCI properties - the building management is not too strict, and pets are allowed. Changes may also be added with permission from the management. There is no lobby in the residence. Vehicles like tricycles are allowed to enter with permission from the security guard.
There is one guard positioned at the entrance gate of the condominium. We were not able to inquire whether there were any CCTV cameras installed in the premises. The security is questionable too, since there is another gate at the back, but no guard is present. There are informal settlers living near the area and the unguarded gate may pose as a threat.
The only amenity in the condominium is the playground. It is in bad shape and does not seem to be used much by the residents. There used to be a pool inside, but it was removed because it was proving difficult to maintain.
Unit Quality
The buildings are old and not maintained too well. There are no elevators in the buildings. The fire escape ladders are still in prime condition.
Like Vista de Lago, there are a lot of commercial areas around the area, but there are also a lot of informal settlers. Also, the roads are very narrow. If you are using a car, it is difficult to drive through them.
