The Good - Developed by Daiichi Properties, Regent Parkway is one of few residential condos in Bonifacio Global City that offer larger-than-standard units.

The Bad - Design-wise the building’s exterior is bland and uninspired.

Property Management
Property management is handled by Colliers International, which shows on how the building’s upkeep is maintained. The tropical and water gardens at the back of the building are spanking new, while lobby receptionists are polite and attentive. The condo’s game room and lounges are only open from 10 am to 9 pm. Condo dues are at Php90.72 per sqm.
Uniformed guards man not only the building’s entrance but also the driveways and the pathway outside the building’s premises. However, residents are not provided elevator access cards, which means that anyone can access any floor (save perhaps the penthouse) once he or she has entered the building.
Regent Parkway’s swimming pool, common areas, gym, and playroom are what to be expected for high-end condo projects. The gym, for example, has full-time staff to give personal training sessions (for a fee, of course), while the game room has billiards table and lounges for residents. Located at the back of the building is the condo’s swimming pool, which is surrounded by a landscaped garden. Hallways are well-lit, while the building’s three passenger elevators are clean.
Unit Quality
The condo offers only two types of units: two-bedroom 149-sqm units, all of which face east; and three-bedroom 306-sqm units, all of which face west. The three-bedroom units’ sheer size is quite impressive: a sprawling living room, a huge kitchen with breakfast tables, a separate laundry room, two balconies, and two other spacious bedrooms. All three bedroom units have stunning views of the Manila Golf and Country Club, but on the downside they are all west-facing, which means these units get hot in the afternoon. All the two-bedroom units face east and offer views of the American Battle Monument. However, the bedrooms have odd-shaped corners that might feel a bit uncomfortable.
Regent Parkway is located in the quieter side of Bonifacio Global City, close to the American Battle Monument and just beside Essensa Private Residences. But this doesn’t mean that the condo is isolated; it is still within walking distance from Bonifacio High Street, SM Aura Premier, and Market! Market!
