The Good - Security is highlighted here in Residencia Isabel. The elevator is accessible via access card and the unit hallway is gated too. Only residents have a duplicate key for this hallway gate.

The Bad - It is a high dense condominium with 14 studio units per floor. Apparently, this is relative to the small unit cuts in Residencia Isabel notably the studio loft types. The height of the ceiling to the loft is low; an average person cannot stand up straight without hitting the ceiling.

The Verdict - This is an alternative for those professionals or even small families who are looking for much affordable modern condominiums in Ortigas. Its location in Kapitolyo is promising for future commercial developments. Leisure establishments such as SM Megamall and Shangri La Mall are a short walking distance from here, not to mention being near to the famous Kapitolyo Food strip. A chapel and a roof deck garden are the amenities here and unit owners may use the Kapitolyo Clubhouse as residents of Barangay Kapitolyo.
