The Good - Salcedo Mansion is another condominium standing along the famous condominium strip in Salcedo Village, Makati. It is a low-rise, low-dense residential condominium near Salcedo Park. Its location in the CBD makes it an ideal living spot for professionals with their families, as Salcedo Mansions offer two and three bedroom units.

The Bad - The Salcedo Mansion is located along a one-way road; drivers who are unfamiliar with Makati’s road regulations may find it difficult to drive to the condominium. The lobby and hallway is slightly narrow; it may not be a welcoming space for the guests.

Property Management
The condominium policies set by the property management is lenient. Generally, they allow residents to choose their own subscription plans from any service provider for cable TV, internet, or telephone. On the other hand, they also allow pets inside the condominium.
The security in the condominium is pretty lenient. The security personnel guarding the entrance hall is also the concierge of the building. Although the management has installed CCTV security surveillance cameras to monitor activities at various locales in the condominium, there were no roaming security guards at the time of the visit.
The Salcedo Mansion shares its ground floor with a preschool and another commercial spot. There are two entrances to Salcedo Mansions. The condominium has its own swimming pool. Residents can lounge at the poolside as there are lounging chairs surrounding the pool.
The Salcedo Mansion is strategically located within the heart of Makati’s central business district. It is near points of interests such as the Makati Sports Club, the Malaysian Embassy, International Baptist Church of Manila, Ateneo Center for Continuing Education, the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Jaime Velasquez Park, and more. Walk a few more blocks and you’ll reach the major thoroughfares of Makati, where multiple modes of transportation are available. While its accessibility is its main asset, its location deep within Salcedo Village makes it hard to reach, especially for drivers who aren’t familiar with one-way routes in Makati.
