The Good -

Some units here in San Bernissa Garden Villas are offered through rent to own payment scheme. The units may come without partition so the unit owners can customize the room to their own preferred unit type of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom. Units can also be adjoined for bigger condo space.

The Bad -

This is a highly-dense mid-rise condominium comprised of 12 buildings with some of the buildings having two cluster towers. There is no elevator in each five story building. Open parking slots are limited. Specific provider is allowed by the management for different services: PLDT for landline, Sky Cable for cable, and PLDT for landline.

The Verdict -

San Bernissa Garden Villas could have been an inspiring community to live in if only it is not much crowded.  The condominium complex has well-maintained surroundings coupled with some lush greens in some areas. Security can still be improved if guards will be stricter. Having a gated community is not enough for safety. Parking poses a problem here because of limited slots. An indoor basketball court is also used as a mass venue during Saturday night. The playground should be improved to be more children-friendly. There are also in-house commercial establishments and services which include water refilling station, mini-grocery, and computer shop.
