The Good -

The two bedroom loft type units are spacious and would suit families. The building is also near many commercial establishments like restaurants, groceries, banks, and convenience stores. The hallways and elevators are wide. An 80% generator is available in case of brownouts. There are a lot of amenities to choose from, like the sauna, swimming pool, gym, and jacuzzi, so that the whole family can have fun, play, bond, and relax.

The Bad -

The lighting in the lobby and hallway is quite dim. There are no parking spaces for guests. Noise and pollution is more of a problem for those who want to open their unit windows because the building is right along Shaw Boulevard. Traffic is also heavy in the area during rush hours.

The Verdict -

The spacious two bedroom loft type unit, which is the only type of unit in the building, is best suited for families. It is highly recommended because the views are great, the units are really spacious, and the materials used are of high quality. Amenities like the sauna room, billiard hall, children’s wading pool, swimming pool, playground, and gym are all well-maintained. These are available for the amusement of all residents, though kids are not allowed to go to these areas on their own. Security and reception is available around the clock. Overall, the building is a really great condominium for families to invest in.
