The Good - Skyland Plaza is worth the value when it comes to its unit size and accessibility. The units offered are spacious and lay out is well-planned. The upkeep is noteworthy; in general it is a well-kept place.

The Bad - Skyland Plaza’s two door passenger elevator configuration is confusing and can be inconvenient. If you went out to the other side of your intended location, you will have to use the fire exit passageway to cross from one side of the fire exit’s door to the other side door. And also, flood is an issue in the main thoroughfare nearby the area.

Property Management
Skyland Plaza is implementing lenient policies to its residents. Three elevators are in service here: two high-speed two door passenger elevators which can be inconvenient at some part and one service elevator. A centralized garbage chutes are provided for garbage management. Since Skyland is a mixed-used development, third and fourth floor parking are allotted for the residential units while basement parking is for the commercial units. Office units are located at the lower and upper ground and second floor.
Skyland Plaza’s primary human security control is at the reception. Before you could proceed further into the condominium, you must undergo the standard security protocol. The on-post security personnel at the reception will let you register at the log book and will probe for your purpose of visit. He will also call your contact person for verification. There are no visible roving guards around but rest assured that the security is round the clock. CCTV surveillance system works on different common area of the building. For each unit’s security, there is a door phone system for visitor identification and confirmation. In case of fire event, pressurized stairwells will safeguard the tenants from fire and smoke to make it passable.
An expansive reception area will welcome you here in Skyland Plaza. It is widely spaced that it is divided into two parts: one at the entrance side, the other at the elevator area, both with sofa set and in minimal décor. The condominium has shared amenities for its Towers A and B. Both towers have the swimming pool, lounge, and gym at the 5th floor. Although the gym is well-lighted and has numerous equipment and exercise machines, it is a crowded space. It is small in ratio with the occupants’ population. Also, children’s playground is also located on this floor along with the basketball ring mounted on a movable base. There is no court designated for it. And helipad on both buildings is one unique facility of this condominium.
Unit Quality
It is a low-dense condominium with four units per floor. You can choose among the spacious units Skyland Plaza offers from studio, three bedroom, and Excelsior unit types. Each unit has a balcony. The lay out design is more like of a usual residential style arrangement. The partitions provide privacy. The fixtures and fittings are good to be used. Marbled floors are used in the living, dining, and kitchen area while Narra parquet floors for the bedrooms. A bathtub is installed in the master’s bathroom and the maid’s room even has its own toilet and bathroom for most units. A separate service entrance is available too to most units.
These twin towers of Skyland Plaza Condominium are located at Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue corner Tindalo Street in Makati. It is nearby Makati Central Post Office, financial institutions, and other commercial establishments. Public transportation is accessible via Gil Puyat Avenue. Light Rail Transit 1 is a drive away from here. One inconvenience its location imposes is being in a flood prone area.
