The Good - The units have bigger cuts than the average modern condominium. One bedroom unit type begins with 45 square meters. Pet lovers will be pleased as small pets are allowed in the condominium. One unique security feature is the unit owner’s accessibility to the reception’s security cam which can be tapped directly to their own TV.

The Bad - There are no security personnel at the amenities area, gym, and children’s playground; there are no lifeguards in the pool area, either. Parking spaces are allotted to residents only; guests have to find way on how to find parking space for them either in the street or if fortunate enough, in a space at the parking lot.

The Verdict - If you really are after the value for your money, Skyway Twin Towers is one of the great picks in Pasig, if not in the entire metro. Its twin towers, North and South, offer spacious layouts and well-kept units. Units are not only for residential occupancy but for commercial lease as well. Convenience is given importance here with three passenger elevators and one service elevator on each tower. The lobby and the reception area are stylishly designed for the guest’s comfort. The location is accessible to Ortigas Central Business District. One drawback though is the lack of guest parking.
