The Good -

At South Insula Condominium, units are spacious, beautifully designed, and properly built. The amenities area comes with a wide pool, a kiddie pool, and a spacious patio that can be turned into an event area for parties and get-togethers. Aside from residential units, the building also has commercial spaces and these two areas of the South Insula have separate elevators for added security and privacy. Location wise, the building has easy access to convenience stores, retail shops, dining establishments, and nightspot entertainment areas.

The Bad -

Each unit has a cabinet of sorts near the front door where residents can store cleaning materials like brooms and rugs. The problem is that these storage areas do not have any locks. Other residents may be able to access these storage units too not unless the resident provides his/her own lock. The limited amenities may be a problem for some who wish to have a gym or function room near their home. In terms of location, the only problem in the area would be the heavy rush hour traffic and the lack of parks and open spaces.

The Verdict -

South Insula Condominium would be a valuable venture for homebuyers and investors because of their spacious and high quality units. The amenities, although a bit limited, are spacious and well built. Security is tight. Each unit has their own intercom system connected to the main lobby. The elevators for the commercial and residential area are separate. Residents will certainly appreciate the benefit of being near many commercial, retail, food, and entertainment establishments. Overall, the condominium provides a comfortable and well-designed living space in a convenient location.
