The Good - Aside from the tower’s good location in Legaspi Village, the fully-furnished rooms of the building units are big and can fit a family of about 3 to 5 people. They also have balconies that overlook a park and some of the other buildings in Legaspi Village. The building is near shopping centers like Greenbelt and Glorietta. It is also near schools like Asian Institute of Management and iAcademy. Everything, including the rooms and amenities, is in good condition despite the building being more than 20 years old. The walls are solid and the fixtures in the rooms are sturdy. There are balconies in almost every room. A lock system is in place at the main entrance. There are also parking spaces within the building.

The Bad - The rooms are old so repairs and renovations are frequent. The streets may become congested with cars during peak hours. Some areas like the hallways have dim lighting. Although, the swimming area has safe flooring, it is not properly cleaned.

Property Management
The property management implements strict condominium policies in the building. Tenants and guests cannot easily access or enter the building because it is locked and can only be opened by the guard or the concierge. Pets are not allowed inside the residence. Gas or electricity may both be used for cooking. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Parking spaces are available for the tenants. Repairs and renovations can be done with consent from the unit owner or administration.
The main entrance of the building is guarded by security personnel. Also, it is kept locked and can only be opened by the guard or the concierge in the main lobby. Fire precautionary measures are all in good order and can easily be accessed by the tenants. These include the fire sprinklers, alarms, hoses, extinguishers, and fire exits. Exit signs are easily visible in the hallways.
The classy lobby can be accessed from both the front and back entrances of the building. A concierge greets the tenants and visitors at both entrances. The amenities, aside from being hard to access, are also poorly maintained and not very inviting for residents to use. These amenities are the function room, the gym, and the roof deck swimming pool. The common areas like the lobby and the elevators are properly lit. The hallways, however, have dim lighting. Not much noise can be heard in the hallways because there are only about 5 rooms per floor and the walls themselves are nice and solid.
Unit Quality
The fully furnished rooms are all big. Appliances are also available in the units. The design of the building is classic and a little old fashioned due to its age. The dominant colors inside are mostly dark. Anyway, renovations can easily be made with permission from the management so tenants can probably re-design the units. The building has low density population and has only about 5 units per floor which lessens the noise and disturbances in the building.
The building is surrounded by other commercial and business areas and they are just a few steps away. Shopping centers like Greenbelt offer tenants many choices for food, entertainment, grocery, and other needs. It is also near schools and different banks. The Colonnade Residences offers its tenants easy access to all the places in the Central Business District of Makati.

The location of this building is really prime and convenient. There's a BDO at the ground floor, salons and a strip of all the major banks along Legazpi street. The cuts in this building are nice and spacious. Most of the staff have been in the building for over a decade, so they're very reliable and "old school". In recent years a lot of the units have gone under major renovated. The administration has also done plenty to renovate and upgrade the common areas.
