The Good -

There is 100% back up power in all common areas in case of power failure. The lobby has a concierge available 24/7. It is open and has lots of chairs and benches for the guests. Security in the condominium is around the clock nonstop so tenants can rest assured that they are safe. There are lots of parking space to accommodate all the tenants. There are even guest parking spaces as well. The building has a centralized garbage system and mail system so things become less of a hassle for unit owners or tenants. The building has nice amenities and looks well maintained.

The Bad -

Most of the unit prices are non-negotiable. The back entrance of the building seems to be unsafe to walk around at night. Not all of the units come fully furnished so this may prove to be a hassle for some. Only window type air-conditioners may be installed.

Property Management

Maintenance is good in the relatively new building. The condominium provides 100% back up power for all the common areas. For ventilation, window type air-conditioning units may be installed. Parking spaces are available for both tenants and guests. Its garbage and mail systems are centralized which makes it easier for residents to dispose their waste and receive their mail. Construction and renovations in the unit may be done with the management’s consent.


Building security is 24/7. With guards attending the main entrances, lobbies, and parking areas and CCTV cameras monitoring all the common areas, the residents’ safety is guaranteed. Fire precautions like automatic alarms, sprinklers, hoses, extinguishers, and exits are all in place and in good working order. They are strategically located all over the building for easy access and the tenants’ safety.


The clean and well maintained amenities include a kiddie pool, a lap pool, a playground, a sun deck, a gym, function areas, and a day care center. Families do not need to worry about lack of space for their children to play because the building itself provides playing areas for them. The sun deck where all the amenities are located have amazing views of the Makati skyline and the surrounding buildings. The lobbies of the building are open. The lobby is an open area with couches, furniture, and the concierge. The hallways and elevators in the building are wide and have good lighting. Exit signs can be easily seen on each floor.

Unit Quality

The units in the building are really well maintained. The walls are sound and the furnitures are all in good condition. The studio type rooms can fit up to two people. Each floor has about 15 units. The design of the building is modern and simple, but renovations or repairs may be done as long as there is permission from the unit owner or the management itself. The building has 3 basement parking levels and 5 podium parking levels.


The building can be found near places such as Greenbelt, Glorietta, and other shopping, business, and entertainment centers in Legaspi Village, Makati City. Sidewalks and pedestrian lanes are available, but some of the areas near the building may be risky to venture at night. The building is near parks like Sycip Park and Legaspi Park where one can find walk paths, grass fields, jogging paths, and playgrounds for children, adults, and families. The area is also near overhead walk paths connecting one building to the other, making it easier and safer for pedestrians.

this is the best so far for me. I work at RCBC, main reason why i chose Columns,. my workmate used to live here and recommended this for me. i salute the 24/7 security guards and concierge as they are attentive and approachable.Kudos to them!

We stayed in the unit in the beginning of August, and I would say it really is as advertised. What I liked about the Condo Unit is that you feel safe and its proximity to Greenbelt shopping centre. I get the feeling they take security very seriously which I liked. Arriving at the condo and getting settled was also hassle free as we were meet by the hostess Ms. Gigi ,and same can be said about the check-out. I would definitely stay in the unit again if we comeback to Makati!
