The Good - The grand lobby is spacious and well lit. Comfortable chairs are in place for tenants and guests. The units are all in great condition and have a nice ambiance. The building’s design is sophisticated and classy. Also, the building is just right across Greenbelt so retail stores, boutiques, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment centers are easily available for tenants. The building has a 100% back-up generator and a water reservoir for emergency situations. Waste disposal in the building is centralized.

The Bad - The building does not offer any other type of units except loft type. Because the tower is right across Greenbelt, sometimes the road becomes congested during peak hours. The playground area for the kids is small and can probably only fit about two kids at a time. Also it is near the lap pool which may be dangerous if the kids are not properly attended. For those who want a balcony in their units, it may be harder to get a room because not all rooms have one.

Property Management
From both outside and inside, you can see that the place is still new and untarnished. The rooms and common areas are all neat and clean. Pets are prohibited from entering the building. Guests can enter but they need permission from both the tenants and the management before entering the tenants unit. Construction and renovations can be done with the administration or unit owners consent. In case of electric power failures, a 100% stand by generator and water reservoir are available. The tower has a centralized garbage depository so tenants do not need to worry about how they will dispose their waste.
In case fire emergencies occur, all safety measures are in place. There are sprinklers, extinguishers, hoses, exits, smoke detectors and alarms that are all readily accessible and in good condition. Meanwhile, security is guaranteed every day and around the clock. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas for any suspicious activities while security personnel keep charge of the main entrance, lobby and parking area.
The amenities available in the condominium are pools, a jacuzzi, a garden, a function hall, a gym, a game center, outdoor spa kiosks, and a playground. The playground area is small and consists of only a mat and a playhouse which will fit only up to two people at a time. It is also very near the pool area. This may not be very safe for kids who like running around because they might slip and fall in the four to five feet lap pool. Although the area is tiled, the sides of the pool are not. Instead, there are rough floorings so that those getting out will not slip and fall. Free Wi-Fi is available in the amenities area. The building’s lobby is bright with high ceilings and comfortable seating arrangements. There is a concierge that is available 24/7.
Unit Quality
The condominium is the first all loft-type luxury condominium in Makati. Its units are well designed and maintained. They also have good natural lighting during daytime because of the big windows. The stairs in the units are safer because railings are already installed. Some rooms come fully furnished. Some of the unit owners decorate and furnish their rooms so they are strict when it comes to the units’ maintenance. The views of the Makati skyline are really nice as well. The walls, the furniture, and the stairs are sound. The flooring and tiling is also well done. With permission from the management or unit owners, tenants can make changes or repairs to their units. In each unit, a guest audio enunciator is available. Some of the units have balconies while some do not. Most of the rooms can cater four people at most. The overall design is structured and modern.
By being strategically located right in front of Greenbelt, this gives tenants in the condominium a chance to choose from a wide variety of options when it comes to boutiques, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment centers. Also, the building is just minutes away from other shopping centers like Glorietta and Landmark. One drawback is that the place becomes congested during rush hours.
