Building is located perfectly to access EDSA or C5 or flyover between kapitolyo to BGC in less than 10 minutes. Very accessible for malls as its in front of Estancia so you can just walk. Food options are amazing for budget meals as well as fancy date. In one ride of about 5 mins you can get to Greenfields, Shangri-la Edsa, SM mega mall, Ayala the 30th. This building is low rise so its also quick to get elevator and not a crowded place. Friendly neighborhood. Roof top garden allow you a nice view looking towards BGC. Cons: Building doesn't allow pets and LPG gas stove.
