The Good - Strategically located in Bonifacio Global City’s Burgos Circle, The Fort Residences provides residents with accessibility to all the necessities and luxuries that an on-the-go lifestyle demands. Catering to business people, investors, expats, balikbayans, and retirees, this world-class home within the city provides all the comfort and convenience one might need. Also, its modern flat and loft type units are designed with quality materials and are easy to furnish, design, and renovate.

The Bad - Traffic around the area is bad during rush hour. Getting in and out of the district during this time will definitely get one stuck in a jam. Those who are working in Makati, Buendia, Ortigas, or in other parts of Metro Manila have higher chances of getting home late than those who work in Bonifacio Global City area. Surrounding areas of the condominium are being occupied by other commercial, business, and residential towers so some views are blocked.

Property Management
Routine quality maintenance is administered in the condominium and this is obvious with the building’s clean driveways, neat facade, and tidy commercial area walk paths. When it comes to some of the policies, the management is moderately strict. Toy pets are allowed as long as they do not disturb the peace of other tenants. Cooking can only be done through electric stove. In a way, although it is slower, this helps in preventing fires from starting.
The condominium’s around the clock security includes CCTV camera surveillance, guard patrol, and guests and delivery security protocols. The commercial spaces on the ground floor of the building have their own security. Fire safety features including smoke detectors, sprinklers, hoses, alarms, and exits are in good condition and accessible from every nook and cranny of the building.
The amenities area includes a fully equipped gym, an adult pool, and a kiddie pool. The clean and simply designed pool area has a nice view of the Burgos Park. Rough tiles make the area safer. Tenants do not need to worry about groping around their bag for keys in the dark because of the warmly lit hall ways. Elevator traffic is kept to a minimum because of the three spacious elevators available in the building. The lobby has a simple design with enough seating to accommodate guests, tenants, and unit owners.
Unit Quality
The Fort Residences offers flat and loft type units ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom sizes. These can fit about one to six people which is good since the condominium also caters to not only urbanite singles, but also couples and families. The building’s quality units have solid walls, cozy furnishings, fixtures, and lighting, and well-designed floor plans. Also, these units can easily be renovated and designed according to the unit owner’s taste.
A remarkable feature of the condominium is its strategic, central location. Tenants and unit owners have easy access to all the restaurants, schools, hospitals, banks, entertainment, commercial, retail, and business centers in BGC. Urbanites living in this convenient fast-paced environment will surely appreciate the condominium’s prime location. A minor drawback is the traffic during rush hours so it would be more advisable if those who stayed in the condo also work just around the area.

One of the best residential buildings on BGC! Not to mention pet-friendly. I hope to see lots of the residents at my new pet supply store, down the street :)
